How Booking Works
When you visit our website, you can either call us to discuss your appointment or use our online booking system.
If you’re unsure about which appointment is right for you, feel free to reach out, and we will assist you in choosing the appropriate option.
When booking an appointment at Reformat Pilates, you will first need to select your preferred class and time slot. After entering the requested details, you will need to provide your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email), agree to these Terms and Conditions, and make a payment for your class.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email to verify your appointment details.
Payment
Payment for services is made via our secure payment provider, clover Autipay. By providing your credit or debit card details, you authorize us to take payment for your chosen scan. No card information is stored by Reformat Pilates.
Late Arrivals and Cancellations
We strive to provide excellent service for all our customers. Please note the following:
- Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you. If rescheduling is necessary, you may be asked to wait for the next available time.
- Cancellations:
- Free Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will be fully refunded within 10 working days.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment but at least 3 hours in advance will incur the cost of the class.
- No-Show: If you fail to attend, cancel with less than 3 hours’ notice, or arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will incur the cost of the class.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 3 working days, although they may take 5-10 working days to appear in your account. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
